1.) Contact us at email@example.com or call 517-655-4000 to begin the return process.
2.) Repack your order. Use the original packing materials if possible. If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging; please take care to repack items carefully. You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are unsure how to do package items: please call us at 517-655-4000 for assistance.
You will have 14 days to return any item, (except custom orders *) and the cost of the purchase will be refunded to you, minus shipping charges.
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 517-655-4000 so we can make arrangements. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
* Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
You can generally expect a refund 3–5 business days after your return is received, provided it arrives undamaged. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged during return shipping. If it is expected that it may be longer than this, you will be notified by telephone or email. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order.
If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
Any order—aside from special or custom orders—can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org call us at 517-655-4000. You will receive a refund within 3–5 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order. If it is expected that it may be longer than this, you will be notified by telephone or email.
The Type of Shipping you select & the said arrival date can and will vary Depending on USPS operating systems. (i.e. Power outage, weather, etc.)
